Danaher LSI - Anyone else's comp stagnation hitting hard?

Been with Danaher Life Sciences for a few years now, and while the work is interesting enough, the compensation feels like it's hit a ceiling. My last few performance reviews have been solid, but the merit increases are barely keeping pace with inflation, let alone market rates. Seeing friends at other companies in similar roles getting significant bumps makes it tough. It feels like the focus is always on top-line growth and acquisitions, but maybe the 'people growth' aspect, especially in terms of fair compensation, is lagging. Is anyone else experiencing this, or am I just out of touch with the current market? Wondering if there's a strategy behind this or if it's just standard LSI practice. Feels like a good time to start looking elsewhere if raises aren't going to materialize soon.

Totally feel this. The LSI side seems to be a cash cow for the larger Danaher strategy, and it feels like that focus comes at the expense of rewarding the folks actually doing the day-to-day work. Been seeing the same lack of meaningful raises despite hitting goals. It's frustrating to put in the effort and see minimal financial recognition, especially when you know other companies value talent more visibly. Hope things change soon.**

**Yeah, compensation stagnation is a real issue in many large corporations, and Danaher is no exception, unfortunately. While acquisitions and growth are important for shareholders, it’s disheartening when the internal team that drives that success feels undervalued. My advice? Keep your resume updated and explore the market. Sometimes the best way to get a significant raise is to get an offer elsewhere, even if you'd prefer to stay.**
