Hey all, been with Danaher LSI for a few years now and the vibe feels...off lately. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, but there's definitely an undercurrent of anxiety. Budgets seem tighter, projects are getting scrutinized more than usual, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' hanging over us. Anyone else in LSI feeling this? Are your teams seeing increased pressure or fewer resources? It's hard to pinpoint, but it feels like something's brewing, even if it's not the big RIF everyone might be expecting. Maybe just general economic jitters impacting the business, but it's making it tough to stay motivated.

I've been in a different division, but I've heard similar whispers about budget tightening and increased scrutiny across Danaher. It's definitely a company that tends to optimize aggressively, so periods of belt-tightening aren't entirely surprising. Hopefully, it's just a strategic shift and not a precursor to something worse. Keep an eye on your key projects and performance metrics – sometimes that's where they start signaling changes.

Totally feel you on the 'undercurrent of anxiety.' It's that intangible shift you can't quite put your finger on but you know it's there. We've seen some project priorities get shuffled pretty quickly in the last quarter, and there's definitely a feeling that every dollar is being accounted for twice.
