Darden - Anyone else feel the pressure on performance metrics?

Hey everyone, been with Darden for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the performance expectations have really ramped up across the board. We're seeing more and more emphasis on hitting those specific KPIs, and honestly, it's starting to feel a bit unsustainable. I've heard whispers from some managers about 'optimizing' operations, which is usually corporate speak for something else. Has anyone else noticed this trend? Is it just my location or is this a company-wide push? Trying to get a sense of the overall climate and whether this is just a temporary push or a sign of bigger things to come. Trying to stay positive, but the constant focus on numbers is definitely adding stress. Curious to hear if others are feeling the same squeeze and what strategies you're using to navigate it.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that pressure too. It seems like the focus on metrics has intensified significantly over the past year or so. It's like every shift, every table, every dollar counts even more than before. I'm not sure if it's a company-wide initiative or just a regional push, but it's making things pretty stressful. Trying to balance providing good service with hitting those numbers can be a real balancing act.
