Darden - Morale seems down, what's going on?

Honestly, the vibe at Darden has been pretty low for a while now. People are quiet, meetings feel more like status updates than brainstorming sessions, and there's a general sense of uncertainty. I'm not seeing any official announcements about layoffs, but the underlying tension is palpable. It's affecting productivity, at least from my perspective. People seem more hesitant to take risks or go above and beyond when the future feels so unclear. Has anyone else experienced this dip in morale across different teams or locations? Is leadership addressing these concerns at all, or is it just expected that we'll power through? Curious to hear if others are feeling this too.

I've definitely felt that lack of energy lately. It's like everyone's just going through the motions. The lack of clear direction from leadership doesn't help. It's hard to stay motivated when you're not sure what the priorities are or where things are headed long-term. Hoping for some positive changes soon to lift spirits.
