Darden Restaurants - Any whispers about potential layoffs?

Hey everyone, been working at Darden for a bit now, and lately, there's been a weird vibe in the air. Nothing concrete, just a general feeling of unease. Heard some muted conversations about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency improvements' that are making me a little nervous. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, which isn't helping. Anyone else picking up on anything? Is it just me, or are others feeling the pressure? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just localized to my department. Any insights would be appreciated. Just trying to get ahead of things if possible.

I've been hearing similar murmurs myself. The 'efficiency' talk often precedes some unpleasant news, unfortunately. It's hard to get a straight answer, and that silence just amplifies the anxiety. Hopefully, it's just standard corporate jargon, but the unease is definitely palpable across different departments it seems. Keep your ears open, and maybe start polishing up that resume just in case.
