Darden Restaurants - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Lately, it feels like the pressure to perform is through the roof here at Darden. We're being asked to do more with less, and the targets seem to be getting tighter and tighter. I've heard some grumbling about workloads becoming unsustainable, and frankly, I'm starting to feel it too. It's making me a little nervous about job security, even though there's been no official word on anything. Just wondering if others are experiencing this squeeze and if it's leading anyone else to update their resumes. Curious to hear what others are seeing on the ground.

Totally feeling the same way. It's like they're squeezing every last drop out of us. The constant push for higher numbers while resources seem to dwindle is exhausting. I've seen good people burn out here, and it's hard not to worry when you're hearing whispers of layoffs or restructuring, even if it's just rumors. Makes you start looking around, doesn't it? Just trying to stay afloat and keep my head down, but it's getting harder to ignore the stress.
