Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a lot of shuffling in management lately? Seems like there have been a few high-level departures and internal moves across different brands. It's making things feel a bit unstable, and honestly, the general mood isn't great. People are starting to talk, and not in a good way. Wondering if this is just a normal business cycle or if there's something more to it. Anyone else picking up on this vibe or have any insights? Trying to stay optimistic but it's getting harder with all the changes.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the churn. It's hard to ignore the constant stream of people leaving, especially from key roles. Makes you wonder about the company's direction and if they have a clear strategy moving forward. Hopefully, it's just a period of transition and things will settle down soon, but the current atmosphere is definitely a bit unsettling for many of us on the ground.

I'm feeling the same way. The management changes are pretty noticeable, and it's creating a lot of uncertainty among the teams. It's tough to feel secure when leadership is constantly in flux. I'm hoping for some stability and clear communication from the top to reassure everyone. It's hard to maintain morale when there's so much talk about who's coming and going.
