Honestly, things have felt a bit off at Darden lately. The energy seems different, and I'm not sure why. Seems like projects are getting shelved more often, and there's a lot of talk about 'strategic shifts' but very little clear communication. Folks in my team are definitely feeling it – productivity seems down, and people are just going through the motions. It's making it hard to stay motivated. Yeah, I've picked up on that too. There's definitely a different vibe in the air compared to even a year ago. It feels like there's less certainty about where things are headed, and that uncertainty trickles down. I've also noticed a lot more discussions about restructuring or changes that aren't fully explained, which can be unsettling for everyone. It’s tough when you don't feel like you have a clear picture of the future, makes it hard to invest your full energy.
