Hey everyone, Been with Deere for a few years now, and lately, there's been a weird vibe. Nothing concrete, no official announcements or anything, but I'm hearing more chatter about teams being 'optimized' and some roles potentially being folded into others. It's not just my department either; I've heard similar things from folks in different divisions. Anyone else picking up on this? Are you seeing a lot of job postings get pulled or 'paused' internally? Or maybe departments are just getting leaner with fewer new hires coming in? It's making me a bit antsy, to be honest. I've been at Deere for a while and I'm definitely sensing some shifts too. It feels like there's a push to streamline things, and while I haven't seen any major layoffs announced, the 'optimization' talk is definitely making the rounds. Keep an eye on internal job boards, that's usually where you see the first signs of consolidation or restructuring. Hopefully, it's just standard business adjustments and not something more significant.

We've had some 'efficiency drives' in our section lately, and while no one's explicitly said 'restructuring,' the language around 'synergies' and 'integrated functions' has been a bit heavy. It's hard to say if it's a widespread thing or just localized management initiatives. Let's hope it leads to more clarity and less redundancy, rather than unnecessary upheaval.
