Deere - Anyone else feeling the pressure to 'do more with less'?

Lately, it feels like the expectations on my team have ramped up considerably, but without any corresponding increase in resources or headcount. It's the classic 'do more with less' mantra, but it's starting to feel unsustainable. We're constantly being pushed to hit aggressive targets, and while I appreciate the drive for performance, it feels like we're being set up to fail if we don't magically become more efficient. I've heard some chatter in other departments about roles being absorbed or teams being subtly reorganized, but nothing concrete. It's making me wonder if this is a company-wide push to trim fat before any potential… difficult decisions are made. Anyone else experiencing this intensified pressure? Is this just the norm in manufacturing right now, or is it a Deere-specific thing? Trying to understand if I should be updating my resume or if this is just a temporary crunch.
