Deere - Anyone else seeing weird project prioritization shifts?

Lately, feels like our project roadmap at Deere is all over the place. We're constantly shifting priorities, projects that seemed like a green light are suddenly on hold, and new 'urgent' initiatives keep popping up. It's making planning impossible and honestly, morale is starting to take a hit. Feels like a lot of churn without clear direction. Makes me wonder if this is a sign of bigger financial pressures or just general disorganization. Anyone else experiencing this kind of instability in their teams? Curious if it's a company-wide thing or just isolated pockets.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the same thing. It's incredibly frustrating trying to keep up when the goalposts keep moving. We've had to completely re-do timelines multiple times in the last quarter alone. It's hard to feel invested in anything when you're not sure it'll even be around next month. Management needs to get a grip on this before it completely derails any progress we've made. Communication has been pretty poor on why these shifts are happening too, which just adds to the confusion.
