Deere - Feeling the pressure on project scope creep

Is anyone else on their team feeling like projects are being stretched thin or scope creep is becoming a major issue? We've had several key initiatives get significantly expanded without a corresponding increase in resources or timelines. It's starting to feel like they're trying to squeeze more out of the same headcount. My manager keeps talking about 'optimizing resource allocation' but it feels like code for 'do more with less.' I'm worried this is a precursor to something bigger, like trying to identify who's 'essential' or who can be let go without impacting critical deliverables. It's creating a lot of stress and overtime for my group, and frankly, it's demoralizing. Anyone else experiencing this and have any thoughts on what it might mean?
