Deere - Feeling the Slowdown? What's the Vibe?

Hey everyone, been at Deere for a few years now in the [mention a general department, e.g., Engineering/Supply Chain] side. Lately, things have felt... different. Not seeing any official word, but there's definitely a bit of a chill in the air. Project timelines seem to be getting pushed, and there's less chatter about new initiatives. Anyone else picking up on this? I've heard whispers about some teams consolidating or shifting priorities, but nothing concrete. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a department that's facing a tougher patch. Trying not to panic, but the lack of clear communication is making it tough. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar signs or if things are business as usual for you.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat, though on the manufacturing floor. Been hearing similar things about things getting tighter. Less overtime available, and the usual buzz about upcoming product launches feels muted. It's hard not to notice when the pace shifts, even without an official announcement. Hoping it's just a seasonal dip or a strategic re-evaluation, but it does make you wonder about the longer-term outlook.

I haven't personally felt a slowdown in my area [mention a general department, e.g., Sales/R&D], things seem to be moving along at a steady clip. We're still pushing for new market penetration and R&D is full steam ahead on a couple of promising projects. Maybe it's department-specific, or perhaps the impact is more felt in other divisions. Good to hear differing perspectives though, helps get a broader picture.
