Deere - Rumblings about potential headcount review?

Hey everyone. Been at Deere for a few years now in [Department, e.g., Engineering/Supply Chain]. Lately, there's been a lot of talk, mostly whispers in the breakroom and some cryptic Slack messages, about a potential 'strategic review' of headcount. It's not just one or two people saying it, seems to be a more widespread feeling. Management is pushing this 'efficiency' narrative hard, and while that's not new, the intensity feels different.
