I've been hearing similar things. My impression is that while G7 is definitely gaining traction and people are excited about it, there's a definite strain on resources. It feels less like massive hiring sprees and more like existing teams are being stretched thin. The increased demand for G6 is still there too, so it's a bit of a juggling act. Hopefully, that shifts soon as G7 becomes more established.
From what I've gathered, the ramp-up is happening, but it's not necessarily translating to widespread departmental expansion. It seems like the focus is on optimizing existing workflows and leveraging technology to handle the increased volume. Some areas might see targeted hiring, but the overall vibe from people I've spoken with suggests a significant emphasis on efficiency and adapting to the new demands without a proportional increase in headcount across the board.
