Dexcom: Feeling the pinch - layoffs or just reorganization?

Is it just me, or has the vibe at Dexcom felt a little tense recently? Seeing a lot of chatter about efficiency and restructuring, and while nothing official has been announced, there's a definite undercurrent of 'what's next.' I've heard whispers about certain departments being more affected than others, but it's all very unofficial. Trying to gauge if this is leading towards actual layoffs or if it's just a typical reorganization phase. My manager is being pretty tight-lipped, which doesn't help. Anyone else in a similar boat or have any concrete information they can share (without breaking NDAs, obviously)? Just trying to prepare myself mentally and professionally for whatever might be coming. It's a stressful time trying to figure out where things stand.

I've definitely noticed a shift too. The 'efficiency' talk feels like a precursor to something bigger. It's hard to ignore the rumors when so many people are anxious. Hopefully, it's just a shuffle and not a widespread culling, but you never know with these things. Keep your ears to the ground, and good luck navigating it.

Totally agree, the atmosphere has been heavy. My department hasn't seen major changes yet, but we're all aware of the whispers. It's a tough position to be in when management isn't transparent. We're all just trying to do our jobs and hope for the best, but it's hard not to worry about job security.
