Hey everyone, Just wanted to open up a discussion. With the recent Q4 earnings call and the ongoing integration of new product lines (like the G7 updates), I'm curious to hear what others are seeing on the ground. Has anyone noticed any significant shifts in team structures or project priorities lately? I feel like things have been a bit up in the air, and I'm trying to get a pulse on how these broader company movements might be impacting individual teams and roles. It’s hard to tell if it’s just normal business cycles or something more. Anyone else feeling this uncertainty or have insights into what's driving these potential changes? Just trying to get a better understanding of the landscape. Appreciate any thoughts or observations.

I've definitely felt a shift too. It seems like the focus is heavily on G7 adoption and market penetration, which naturally means some other initiatives might be taking a backseat. I've seen a few reassignments and a clearer push towards cross-functional collaboration on G7-related tasks. It's a lot of change, and I'm still trying to get my bearings on how it affects my day-to-day.

Interesting observation. From my perspective, the Q4 numbers were solid, but the internal messaging has been a bit ambiguous regarding specific team realignments. There's a lot of talk about 'synergy' and 'optimization,' which usually translates to restructuring. I'm hoping for more clarity soon on how priorities are truly being set for the upcoming quarters.
