Anyone else hearing whispers about potential changes at Diamondback?

Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter on here and LinkedIn about potential restructuring or even layoffs at Diamondback Energy, but nothing concrete has come out from official channels yet. Just wondering if anyone in Operations, Engineering, or even the back office has heard anything specific or noticed any unusual hiring freezes or budget cuts? My team hasn't said anything, but you know how these things can sometimes be communicated. Feeling a bit of that pre-layoff anxiety and just trying to gauge the sentiment.
