DBX - Anyone else seeing internal shifts?

Just checking in to see if anyone else at Diamondback is noticing some subtle shifts internally. Been here a few years and things always change, but lately, it feels like there's a bit more... re-evaluation happening? Not hearing any direct layoff talk, thankfully, but more of a general 'streamlining' vibe. Meetings being consolidated, some project scopes being tightened, that kind of thing. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or just specific departments. Is anyone in a similar boat, or am I just overthinking things? Trying to stay ahead of any potential changes and just want to get a pulse check from others within the organization. Appreciate any anonymous feedback.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed something similar over in [Department Name]. It feels like we're being pushed to be more efficient, which I guess is fine, but the communication around it has been a little vague. We've had a few more 'efficiency review' meetings lately, and some of the cross-functional team structures seem to be getting reshuffled. It's not alarming yet, but it's definitely a change from the norm.

Interesting to hear you say that. My team hasn't experienced anything quite as pronounced, but there's been a bit of a focus on optimizing workflows and making sure we're all aligned on priorities. It could be related to the broader market conditions, or maybe just a natural evolution as the company grows. I'm keeping an eye on it, but so far, it feels more like a strategic adjustment than anything else.
