Hey everyone. Been seeing some chatter on here and other places about potential changes at DBX. Nothing concrete, but the vibe feels a bit off lately. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while I didn't get any bad news personally, some colleagues seem a little... uneasy. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, which is understandable, but it doesn't help the speculation. Anyone else picking up on anything? Is it just general market jitters, or is there something more specific happening at Diamondback? Curious to hear if others are in a similar boat or have any insider info. Trying to stay positive, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Been here a few years and love the company culture, hoping it's just noise.
