DBX: Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Unsure if it's just me or if others at Diamondback are feeling a general tightening of the belt. Budgets seem tighter, approvals are taking longer, and there's definitely a heightened sense of scrutiny on projects and spending. I've also noticed some increased turnover in certain roles, not in huge waves, but enough to make you wonder. Wondering if this is a company-wide sentiment or if certain divisions are being hit harder. Just looking to see if this is a shared experience or if I'm isolated in my observations. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to feel a bit of the pressure.

I've been feeling that too, especially with budget approvals. It seems like everything requires more justification and layers of sign-off than it used to. The increased scrutiny definitely adds to the workload and can slow things down considerably. Haven't personally seen a significant uptick in turnover in my immediate team, but I've heard whispers in other departments. Curious to hear if others are experiencing this across the board, or if it's localized to specific areas. It makes you wonder about the broader company strategy behind these changes. Hopefully, it's a temporary adjustment and not a sign of deeper issues.
