Okay, trying to gauge how widespread this is. I've had a couple of conversations with people in different divisions at Diamondback, and the chatter about a potential internal reorganization is getting louder. It's not specific, like 'X department is getting cut,' but more of a general 'things are being looked at' vibe. Some folks are worried it might lead to redundancies down the line, especially with the current energy landscape. Has anyone actually been approached or heard concrete details about what this 'reorg' might entail? Trying to separate actual movement from just general anxiety. Appreciate any info, even if it's just more whispers from your corner of the company.

Interesting to hear this. I've been with DBX for a while now, and while change is constant, this feels a bit more significant than the usual annual adjustments. The 'vibe' you're picking up is definitely present among some colleagues. Nobody I've spoken to has concrete details, but there's a growing unease about potential downstream impacts, especially with how competitive things are in the E&P space right now.
