Yeah, I've been getting a similar impression. It’s subtle, but definitely there. Used to feel like things were always in high gear, but now there's a more deliberate pace. The hiring freeze is hard to ignore, and while I haven't seen any outright cuts, the emphasis seems to be on efficiency and maybe consolidating resources. Could be a smart strategic move given the current economic climate, but it does change the atmosphere. Glad I'm not the only one noticing.

Interesting to hear others feel the same way. I've attributed some of it to natural market cycles, but the specific points about hiring and project timelines are definitely worth considering.
