Digital Realty - Anyone navigating internal changes lately?

Just wanted to start a thread to see if anyone at DLR has experienced any significant internal shifts recently. I'm not talking about specific layoff numbers, but more about changes in team structures, leadership adjustments, or even just a shift in project priorities that feel like they could be leading somewhere. Sometimes you get that feeling, right? Like things are being quietly rearranged. Is anyone else picking up on that? Or is it just me overthinking things because of the general market noise? Would appreciate any insights from people in different parts of the org. Trying to understand the pulse of the company beyond the public statements. Keep it anonymous and respectful, of course.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a buzz about things shifting around. It's more about a feeling than anything concrete, but you can tell there's a lot of strategizing happening behind the scenes. New leadership seems to be making their mark, and project roadmaps feel a bit more fluid than they used to. It's hard to say if it's leading to major restructuring or just a recalibration, but the ground certainly feels less steady than it did a year ago. Curious to see how it all shakes out.

I haven't picked up on anything drastic, personally. Things seem to be chugging along pretty much as usual from my corner of the company. Maybe the changes are concentrated in specific departments or geographies? Or perhaps the 'quiet rearrangement' is more subtle than I'm noticing. I'm usually pretty tuned into team dynamics, but so far, it's felt pretty status quo. Could be that the 'general market' is just making everyone a bit more sensitive to any perceived shifts.
