Digital Realty - How are performance reviews looking this cycle?

Hi DLR folks, With the year winding down, I'm curious about how performance reviews are shaping up across the company. Has anyone had theirs yet, or heard anything from their managers about ratings or overall company performance impacting individual reviews? Given the current market conditions and the nature of our business, I'm trying to gauge expectations. Are people generally feeling positive about their evaluations, or is there a sense that things might be tighter this year? Any insights on how performance is being perceived and rewarded (or not rewarded) would be super helpful as I think about my own trajectory here. Thanks in advance for sharing.

Heard from a few people in operations – seems pretty standard. No major surprises mentioned, but definitely a focus on hitting those core metrics. Not hearing a lot of buzz about extraordinary ratings, but also not a lot of negative chatter. Feels like a typical year for us, honestly. People are focused on their individual goals and how they contributed directly.

My manager was pretty direct. Said it's a 'steady as she goes' kind of year. They emphasized solid performance against existing objectives and highlighted efficiency gains. Not a lot of room for 'stretch' goals unless they were exceptionally well-justified and executed. Seems like the focus is on maintaining stability and demonstrating clear value in the current climate.
