Hi all, I'm looking to potentially move internally at DLR, but I've heard some conflicting things about external hiring freezes. Is anyone else noticing a slowdown in new roles being posted or filled? It's hard to tell if it's just a seasonal dip or something more significant. I'm trying to gauge the general hiring sentiment within the company right now. Any insights from those who are actively recruiting or have friends in recruiting would be super helpful. Is it a full stop, or just a more selective process? Trying to figure out my next steps and if internal movement is even a viable option in the near future.
