With performance review season kicking into high gear across DLR, I'm curious how others are feeling about their standing and the company's trajectory. We've seen some big wins in the market, but the economic climate is still a bit uncertain, and I'm wondering how that's translating into actual performance metrics and, by extension, potential headcount adjustments down the line.
