Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else at Digital Realty is feeling a bit of a crunch lately? My team's been under a lot of pressure to deliver on multiple fronts, and there's this underlying tension that feels like it could go south at any moment. Performance reviews are coming up, and while mine usually aren't an issue, the current climate has me a little on edge. Are other departments seeing the same thing? Are project timelines getting tighter, or is it just my bubble?
