DLR - Heard whispers of restructuring? Anyone else?

Hey everyone, I've been at Digital Realty for a few years now, and lately, there's been a weird undercurrent. Nothing official, no town halls specifically about layoffs, but there are definitely conversations happening in the background. My team's project scope has shifted a bit, and a couple of senior folks on adjacent teams have moved on without much fanfare. It feels like management might be doing some internal shuffling, possibly to align with new strategic priorities or maybe to consolidate some functions. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this or if it's just my immediate circle. Any insights on what might be going on behind the scenes would be appreciated. Trying to gauge the general mood and if this is a wider thing or just localized.
