DLR - Is it just me or is hiring slowing down?

Hey everyone, Been keeping an eye on openings at Digital Realty and it feels like things have really quieted down over the last month or two. We had a decent pace of hiring for some roles earlier in the year, but now it seems like there are far fewer postings, and some that were up for a while are gone. Is anyone else in different departments seeing this? Wondering if it's just a seasonal lull, budget freezes kicking in, or if there's something bigger happening behind the scenes. We haven't heard any official word, but the vibe feels different. Curious to hear if others are noticing a similar trend in their areas or if you've heard any whispers. Trying to get a sense of the general sentiment out there.

I've noticed a similar trend. The recruitment pipeline seems to have narrowed considerably in the last quarter. It's definitely a shift from earlier in the year when there were a lot more active requisitions across various teams. I'm curious to hear if others have observed this and what the potential reasons might be. It's always hard to tell from the outside if it's a strategic pause or a reaction to market conditions.

Can confirm, have seen fewer new roles posted and some existing ones taken down recently. It's not just you.
