DLR - Thoughts on recent Q3 earnings and future outlook?

Hey everyone, saw the Q3 earnings report come out for Digital Realty and wanted to see what others thought. Revenue was up, which is good, but I'm feeling a bit uneasy about the forward guidance. Seems like they're being cautious, and with interest rates still high and demand for data centers potentially plateauing in some areas, I'm wondering if this is the calm before a storm. Anyone else picking up on this? I'm trying to stay optimistic, but the macroeconomic environment just feels uncertain. Has anyone heard any whispers internally about potential cost-saving measures or headcount reviews? Just trying to get a pulse on the situation. Trying not to panic, but definitely feeling a bit of an itch. Let me know your takes.

I hear your concerns about the cautious guidance. It's definitely a balancing act right now, with solid operational execution on one hand and macro headwinds on the other. I'm looking closely at their pipeline and booked-but-not-yet-billed revenue to see if that offers a buffer against any slowdown. The long-term secular demand for data infrastructure is still compelling, but near-term execution and competitive positioning will be key to navigating this period. It's wise to be vigilant given the current economic climate.
