Hey everyone, Just wanted to check in and see if anyone else at Digital Realty is experiencing a general sense of unease lately? There's been no official word or confirmed layoffs that I'm aware of, but the vibe feels... off. I've noticed a bit more quietness in some teams, some projects seem to be slowing down, and there's definitely a lot of water cooler talk about 'what's next'. It's probably just end-of-year jitters or the general economic climate, but it's hard to shake the feeling that something might be brewing under the surface. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's just me or if there's a shared sentiment out there. Trying not to spiral, but would appreciate any insights or similar experiences.

I've definitely felt that too. It's that creeping feeling when things just don't seem as robust as they used to be. While I haven't heard anything concrete, the general atmosphere has shifted. Lots of speculation, but no real answers. Trying to focus on my work and stay positive, but it's hard not to notice the subtle changes. Hope it's just a lull and things pick up soon.

Interesting to hear someone else picked up on that. I've attributed it to the broader market instability and companies tightening their belts. We're in a capital-intensive industry, so shifts can happen. I'm keeping my head down and ensuring my contributions are visible. Hopefully, these are just temporary anxieties and not indicative of larger issues. Let's hope for clarity soon.
