DLR - What's the vibe in the data centers?

Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter across the tech and real estate sectors about potential slowdowns and cost-cutting. Just wondering if anyone at Digital Realty (DLR) is feeling any of that heat or hearing anything concrete on the ground? Our last earnings call seemed okay, but the broader economic climate feels a bit uncertain. Are teams being restructured, are hiring freezes a thing, or is it business as usual? Curious to hear what people are seeing in different departments - operations, sales, engineering, whatever. Anything helps paint a clearer picture. Trying to gauge the general sentiment and if we should be bracing for anything. No rumors, just honest observations from within. Thanks!

From what I've seen across a few sites, things are still pretty busy. We're onboarding new clients and expansion projects are still moving forward. Hiring might be a bit tighter in some non-essential roles, but core operations and project management seem to be fully staffed and active. Definitely not seeing widespread 'heat' or major restructuring. Might be department-specific or regional differences, though.

Honestly, it feels like business as usual in my area. The demand for data center space isn't really slowing down, if anything, it's accelerating with AI and cloud growth. There are always internal discussions about efficiency and resource allocation, but that's standard operating procedure. No major alarm bells ringing or widespread freezes I'm aware of. Keep an eye on the next earnings, but on the ground it's steady.
