Been with Discover for a few years now, and things have felt a bit... 'off' lately. It's not just performance reviews or project shifts. There's a general hum of anxiety across teams. Management isn't really addressing anything concrete, which just fuels the speculation. Are others in similar boats? Is this a Discover-specific thing, or just the general vibe in financial services right now? Trying to figure out if I should be updating my resume or just riding it out.
