Anyone else feeling the vibe at Discover lately?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else has been picking up on some weird vibes at Discover recently. Haven't seen any official announcements or anything, but my team's been super quiet, and projects seem to be slowing down. Managers are being cagey about future plans, and there's a general sense of 'what's next?' in the air. Been hearing whispers about potential reshuffling, but nothing concrete. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Any departments that seem to be hiring or definitely not? Just trying to get a pulse on things without causing a panic. Feels like a lot of uncertainty, and it's starting to get to me. Any insights would be appreciated.

Interesting you're feeling that too. My team's project cadence has definitely shifted, and there's a bit more of a 'wait and see' attitude than usual. We're not hearing much about upcoming initiatives, which is a change from the usual buzz. It's making it hard to plan long-term, and frankly, a little unsettling. Hopefully, it's just a standard cycle and not something more significant.

I've noticed a similar quietness on my end. Communication has been a bit sparse, and it feels like priorities are shifting without clear direction. There's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty, which isn't great for morale. Makes you wonder if there's something brewing behind the scenes that hasn't been shared yet. Hopefully, things become clearer soon so we can get back on track.
