Anyone else feeling the 'quiet crunch' lately? Less work/projects starting.

Hey everyone, been at DocuSign for about 4 years now, working on the platform engineering side. Lately, it feels like things have really slowed down. Usually, we have a pipeline of new projects and initiatives, but for the last quarter or so, it's been eerily quiet. Fewer all-hands, projects getting pushed back or cancelled, and my manager is being super vague about Q3/Q4 roadmaps. I know there's no official layoff news, but this feels like a precursor. It's making it hard to plan, and honestly, a bit stressful. Anyone else in different departments experiencing this? Are we just in a lull, or is something else brewing?

I'm on the cloud infrastructure team at DocuSign and I'm feeling it too. It's definitely quieter than usual. We've seen some reprioritization, which is probably causing the slowdown in new initiatives. My advice? Focus on delivering value on what you *do* have. Document everything, make sure your current projects are rock solid and visible. It's better to be indispensable on a few things than spread thin on many. Hang in there, hopefully things pick up soon.
