Anyone else getting nervous? Q3 performance looked soft...

I'm in Sales and things have been...quiet. Pipeline isn't looking great, and I'm hearing rumblings from my manager that Q3 numbers are going to be soft. We all know what *that* usually means. I've been through a few of these at other companies. Anyone else feeling the same way? Maybe it's just my team. I've been here for 3 years and generally love the company, but the current economic climate is making me sweat a little. Trying to decide if I should update my resume proactively... or am I just being paranoid?

Yeah, I'm seeing similar trends. I'm on the customer success side, and renewals are definitely getting tougher. More scrutiny on the ROI, longer approval cycles... it's all adding up. Three years is a good run, but it's smart to be proactive. Dusting off the resume never hurts, just in case. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Good luck!

Honestly, I think this is just the market correcting itself. DocuSign had crazy growth during the pandemic, which was unsustainable. Now things are normalizing, and people are freaking out. It's still a valuable tool, and I doubt it's going anywhere. Maybe some minor restructuring, but a total collapse? Highly unlikely. Just ride it out.
