Hey everyone, been at DocuSign for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels...off. There's always some buzz about 'optimization' or 'streamlining,' but this feels a bit different. My team's project scope has been narrowed significantly, and some key people have been 'reassigned' or are suddenly on 'extended leave.' No official announcements, but the whispers are getting louder. Anyone else noticing similar shifts? Seeing any hiring freezes or budget cuts in their departments? Trying to gauge if this is just company-wide jitters or if something more substantial is brewing. Concerned about my role and the company's direction. Trying not to panic, but the lack of transparency is making it tough.

My team has been asked to take on extra work because of 'resource redistribution,' which sounds like a polite way of saying people are leaving or being moved around without clear communication. Not seeing outright cuts, but definitely a tightening of the belt and a general sense of uncertainty about future projects.
