DocuSign - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Just want to check in with other Docusigners. Been feeling a weird vibe around the company lately, lots of hushed conversations and a general sense of unease. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the messaging around 'efficiency' and 'optimization' feels like a prelude to something. Haven't seen any official layoff news, but it feels like we're heading that way. Is it just me, or are others picking up on the same signals? Wondering how widespread this feeling is and if anyone has any intel on what might be coming down the pipe. Stay safe out there.

I'm hearing similar whispers. The 'efficiency' talk definitely feels like code for cost-cutting, and it's not exactly a comforting sign. Performance reviews always have that undercurrent, but this time it feels more intense. Hopefully, it's just internal reorgs, but the uncertainty is palpable. It's hard to focus on work when you're constantly scanning for warning signs.

Definitely not just you. The atmosphere has been tense since those reviews. Everyone's a bit on edge, and those 'optimization' discussions aren't exactly inspiring confidence. It's the kind of situation that makes you polish up your resume, just in case. Hopefully, it blows over without major consequences, but the anxiety is real.
