DocuSign - Anyone else hearing whispers about restructuring?

Hey everyone, been at DocuSign for a few years now and lately the vibe has been...tense. Management meetings feel more secretive, and there's this general undercurrent of 'what's next.' I've seen a few posts around about other tech companies doing layoffs, and it's hard not to connect the dots. Nothing concrete has been announced, no all-hands, no official email, but the general feeling of unease is definitely present. Seeing some projects get de-prioritized and a hiring freeze on some roles. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on the same signals or if I'm just overthinking things. Trying to stay positive but it's tough when the atmosphere is like this. Anyone in a similar boat or have any insights?

I've noticed a similar atmosphere. It feels like things are being shifted around behind the scenes, and it's creating a lot of uncertainty for those of us on the ground. The quiet is almost louder than any announcement could be. Hopefully, whatever is happening, it leads to a more stable future for the company and its employees.

That's definitely a concern. The rumor mill can be a real drain on morale, especially when there's no clear communication from leadership. I'm trying to focus on my work and stay adaptable, but it's hard not to worry when you see project priorities shifting and hear about hiring freezes. Fingers crossed for some transparency soon.
