Was expecting some traction on a couple of open reqs I've been tracking internally for Q3, but it seems like everything has gone silent. No updates from recruiters, and the internal job board looks stagnant. Has anyone heard anything official or unofficial about a hiring pause or any broader organizational changes? It's unusual for it to be this quiet this far into the quarter. Wondering if this is a sign of things to come or just a typical summer slowdown that feels more pronounced this year. Trying to get a sense of the landscape before making any career decisions. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
