Been hearing some concerning chatter around the water cooler (or, you know, Slack channels) at DocuSign. People are acting cagey, and there's a general sense of unease. Saw a few LinkedIn posts from people I used to work with who are now suddenly 'seeking new opportunities.' This wasn't happening a few months ago. I haven't seen any official news or company-wide emails about layoffs, but it feels like we're heading in that direction. Is anyone in leadership or close to it willing to share any insight? Even vague hints would be helpful at this point. Just want to be prepared for whatever might be coming. This uncertainty is really starting to weigh on me.

I've noticed similar vibes from friends who still work there. It's tough when there's so much uncertainty, and you can't get a straight answer. The 'seeking new opportunities' posts are definitely a red flag that folks are preparing for the worst, even if nothing's been announced. Hope it's not as bad as it seems, but that feeling of unease is hard to shake.
