DG - Is anyone else worried about job security?

Seriously, what's the vibe out there for other Dollar General employees? My store has been noticeably slower, and management keeps talking about 'cost-saving measures' in team meetings. We've had a couple of people let go from other stores in my area, though my SM said it was performance-related. Still, it's hard not to connect the dots. Been here a while and this feels like a different kind of pressure than before. Anyone else feeling this unease about their role or the company's direction right now? It's making it hard to focus and just do the job when you're constantly wondering what's next.
