DG - Staffing cuts disguised as 'restructuring'?

Okay, so we just had a regional meeting and the "restructuring" talk was non-stop. Sounds like a lot of corporate speak for job cuts, honestly. They're pushing this new "efficiency" model which apparently means fewer people on the floor and way more pressure on those remaining. My store has been cutting back on hours for weeks, claiming 'budget constraints,' but now with this restructuring... it feels like they're actively trying to reduce headcount without making it look like layoffs. Anyone else getting this same vibe from their corporate or regional teams? Feels like they're trying to avoid the optics of a layoff while definitely reducing staff. Not a good look, DG.
