Dollar General - Anyone else seeing significant changes in management or operations?

Lately, it feels like there's a lot of churn at the district and regional management level. We've had a new DM twice this year already, and the corporate directives seem to be shifting pretty rapidly. Some of the new 'initiatives' feel like they're designed to squeeze more out of fewer people, which, given the current economic climate, has me wondering about the long-term stability. Has anyone else experienced this? Curious if this is just a normal business cycle or if it's something more significant that might impact jobs down the line. The uncertainty is definitely starting to get to people.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the shake-ups too. Our DM has changed three times in the last year, and it feels like we're constantly getting new training modules or policy updates that contradict the last ones. It's hard to keep up, and frankly, it's making things more stressful on the floor. Seems like they're trying to implement a lot of new things without really giving us the resources or time to properly adapt. Hoping things settle down soon.

Totally. The management turnover is wild. It feels like every time we get used to one person, they're gone. And the constant stream of new 'focus areas' from corporate is exhausting. It feels like we're always chasing the next big thing they want us to do, while the day-to-day tasks pile up. Makes you wonder what the real strategy is behind all this constant change. Definitely not feeling the 'stability' right now.
