Dollar Tree: Anyone else feeling the squeeze at their store?

Hey everyone, been working at DT for a couple of years now, and lately things just feel... tighter. My SM has been dropping hints about 'optimizing inventory' and 'streamlining operations,' which sounds like corporate speak for something else. We've had a few people transition out of roles recently, nothing officially announced as layoffs, but it's definitely noticeable. Seeing the same types of 'reorganizations' happening across different districts in my region too. Anyone else experiencing this? Curious if it's just my area or a broader trend. Feels like we're just waiting for the other shoe to drop, honestly.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift lately. It feels like they're trying to do more with less. My store's been getting more shipments with less staff to unload them, and it's becoming a struggle to keep up with stocking. The 'optimizing inventory' talk is concerning, especially when you see fewer people working the floor. Makes you wonder what the long-term plan is if they keep tightening things up this much. Hoping it doesn't impact customer service too much, but it's a worry.
