Dollar Tree: Inventory issues and reduced hours?

Been working at Dollar Tree for a couple of years now, and lately, things feel… off. My store manager has been complaining a lot about inventory coming in short, and we've been having more "stock adjustments" than usual. On top of that, I've noticed my scheduled hours have been consistently cut back over the past couple of months. It's not just me either, I've heard a few other associates grumbling about fewer hours too. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or just our district. Anyone else experiencing similar inventory headaches or seeing their hours disappear? Feels like they're trying to squeeze every penny, and it's trickling down to us on the floor. Trying to budget has become a nightmare with these fluctuating schedules.
