Dollar Tree: Inventory issues becoming a bigger problem?

So, I've been hearing whispers and seeing comments on other platforms, but wanted to bring it up here directly for Dollar Tree employees. Lately, it feels like inventory management is a constant battle. We're getting fewer shipments, or the shipments are way off, leading to empty shelves on key items. The usual stuff you'd expect to find is just gone for weeks. This puts a huge amount of pressure on us on the floor to constantly explain to customers why we don't have what they need, and it's getting old. On top of that, the focus seems to be shifting towards efficiency and sales targets, but with less product to actually sell, it feels like a losing game. Is anyone else struggling with consistent inventory levels? It's affecting my ability to do my job and honestly, it's starting to feel unsustainable long-term.
