Dollar Tree: Price hikes and morale taking a hit?

Been working at DT for a few years now, and man, things feel different lately. It's not just the recent price changes, which I get, but the overall vibe in a lot of stores seems off. We're constantly being pushed to do more with less, and it feels like management is more focused on numbers than the people actually on the floor. Seeing experienced folks burn out or just check out mentally. Anyone else feel this way? Is there a larger strategy at play here that we're not privy to, or are we just heading towards a slow decline? The talk around the breakroom is getting pretty grim, and frankly, it's hard to stay motivated when you feel like a cog in a machine that's not exactly running smoothly. Just wondering if anyone has inside info or just wants to commiserate.
