Dollar Tree: What's the deal with the new policy rollouts?

Just got wind of another new policy being pushed down from corporate regarding merchandising resets and planogram adherence. Seems like every few months there's a completely new way we're supposed to be doing things, and honestly, it’s just adding more stress. We barely get a handle on one before they introduce another. Feels like they're not considering the actual workload or staffing levels when they dream these things up. The training is usually rushed and online modules are just… meh. Has anyone else noticed this uptick in policy changes and feel like it's making your job harder? Feels like a lot of busywork that doesn't really impact the customer experience in a positive way. Just makes us run around more.

It's completely understandable why this is frustrating. Constant changes without adequate support or consideration for staff is a recipe for burnout. It sounds like a lot of extra pressure on top of an already demanding job. Hopefully, management starts listening to the feedback from the floor about what's actually feasible and sustainable. The rushed training certainly doesn't help anyone get on board with new procedures effectively.
